MatrixX Terms of Service
Effective date: September 27, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and MatrixX ("we", "us") about the MatrixX app and the MatrixX Cloud service. By installing or using MatrixX you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use MatrixX.
1. What MatrixX is
MatrixX is an AI assistant that runs on your Windows PC or Mac. It can read and change files, run programs, use a browser and other tools on your PC when you ask it to, and it asks for your approval before actions that change things. MatrixX Cloud is our optional online service that provides AI models, hosted tools and subscriptions.
2. Your account
You need an account for MatrixX Cloud. Give accurate information, keep your password safe, and tell us at martixx.support@gmail.com if you think someone else is using your account. You're responsible for what happens under it. You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age in your country, if higher) to create an account.
3. Plans, payments and credits
- Paid plans (Plus, Super, Ultra) are paid in advance for 30 days at a time through our payment provider. A plan doesn't renew by itself: the app reminds you before it ends, and you can renew it with another payment. If you don't, your account goes back to the Free plan when the 30 days are over. There's nothing to cancel.
- Each plan payment includes that plan's monthly credits. Credits pay for AI and hosted-tool usage at the prices shown in the app. They last while your plan is active (renewing adds the next month's credits) and expire when the plan ends. They have no cash value and can't be transferred.
- Renewing early adds 30 days after your current end date. Upgrading to a higher plan starts it right away and keeps the credits you have left. You can move to a lower plan after your current plan ends.
- Refunds:
- First payment: if MatrixX isn't right for you, email us within 7 days of your first payment for a paid plan and we'll refund it in full, as long as you've used less than a quarter of that month's credits.
- Renewals, partial months and unused credits aren't refunded, except where the law requires it.
- If you were charged by mistake (for example twice), or a problem on our side kept you from using your paid plan, contact us and we'll refund the charge or add credits.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; the new price applies to payments made after that. Time and credits you already paid for aren't affected.
- Taxes such as VAT are added where required.
4. Using MatrixX responsibly
You agree not to use MatrixX to:
- break any law, or infringe anyone's rights (including copyright and privacy);
- create or share content that sexually exploits minors, promotes violence or harassment, or is designed to deceive or defraud;
- attack, probe or overload any system, including MatrixX Cloud, or get around its limits or security;
- resell or share access to MatrixX Cloud without our written permission.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
5. AI answers and actions on your PC
AI can be wrong. Check important answers yourself, especially for medical, legal, financial or safety matters. MatrixX acts on your PC when you ask it to and asks for approval before risky actions; you decide what to allow and you're responsible for the actions you approve. Keep backups of important files.
6. Third-party services
MatrixX Cloud sends your requests to third-party AI model, image, video and search providers to answer them. Payments are handled by our payment provider. If you connect your own services (for example your own AI keys or a Telegram bot), their terms apply to that use.
7. Your content
You own what you put into MatrixX and what it makes for you, to the extent the law allows. You give us only the rights we need to run MatrixX Cloud for you (for example, to pass your request to an AI provider).
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep MatrixX Cloud available but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or stop features; we'll give reasonable notice of major changes to paid features.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
MatrixX is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
10. Ending the agreement
You can stop using MatrixX and delete your account at any time by contacting martixx.support@gmail.com. We may end or suspend your access if you break these terms or if we stop providing the service.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll tell you about important changes in the app or by email; continuing to use MatrixX after that means you accept the new terms.
12. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai handle any dispute, unless the consumer law of the country you live in gives you the right to go to your local courts. Questions: martixx.support@gmail.com.
