Roast my Downloads folder
Show this page your Downloads folder and it tells you, honestly, how bad it is. You get a mess score out of 100 and a picture to send to your friends.
This page only looks at the names, sizes and dates of the files, here in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, opened or changed. If your browser asks “Upload files to this site?”, that is only its wording for letting the page see the list.

What MatrixX would do with it
That was you guessing
The real roast needs the real folder. Open this page on your computer and show it your Downloads.
Want it actually cleaned up?
MatrixX is a free AI assistant for Windows and Mac. Tell it “sort my Downloads folder” and it does it: it shows you the plan, asks before it moves anything, and you can undo it.
Questions
Is anything uploaded?
No. The page reads the list of files inside your browser and works the score out there. It has its own connections switched off, so it could not send anything even if it wanted to. It never opens a file and it cannot change or delete one.
Does it work on a phone?
The quiz does. For the real roast you need the computer where the Downloads folder lives.
Can this page clean the folder?
A web page can't move files on your computer. The MatrixX app can: it sorts the real files into folders and shows you what it did.
